Job Type: Full-time, Permanent position
Job location: Hybrid - 1751 Rue Richardson, Montreal, QC H3K 1G6 (3x a week in office)

Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its vibrant Human Resources team. As a professional team member of Ray-Mont Logistics, the main responsibilities will consist of the following:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certificate or Bachelor in Human Resources or other related field.
- Completely bilingual; French and English.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience (an asset).
- Experience with working in high-paced and high-volume recruitment; essential
- Recruitment agency experience (an asset).
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Able to work individually and as a team, self-motivated, creative.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organization skills ,attention to detail and able to prioritize.
- Ability to adapt to learning new software.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Certificat ou baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Parfaitement bilingue ; français et anglais.
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en recrutement (un atout).
- Expérience de travail dans le domaine du recrutement à haut volume et à rythme soutenu ; essentiel.
- Expérience en agence de recrutement (un atout).
- Maîtrise d’Excel, de Word, de PowerPoint et d’Outlook.
- Capable de travailler individuellement et en équipe, motivé et créatif.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
- Excellent sens de l’organisation, souci du détail et capacité à établir des priorités.
- Capacité à s’adapter à l’apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complete recruitment cycle for blue-collar & white-collar full-time jobs in Canada and in the US (job postings, screening, interviews, offer communication & onboarding).
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers & provide them with regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and post job descriptions in both French & English on various recruitment channels ( BambooHR, Indeed, LinkedIn, University Job Boards).
- Attract top talent for each available role through various recruitment strategies.
- Review applicants and conduct phone screens with selected applicants.
- Schedule interviews between hiring managers and selected candidates
- Provide exceptional candidate experience by replying to candidate questions and providing them with interview updates in a timely manner.
- Perform reference & background checks on successful candidates.
- Source candidates for more complex positions & Build talent pipeline for upcoming roles.
- Represent Ray-Mont Logistics at career fairs and company events & Recommend recruitment events aligned with the company’s needs.
- Research the best job boards based on the current recruitment needs.
- Maintain relationships with various recruitment agencies & be able to work together to fill more difficult positions.
- Create visuals to use for recruitment (for example “we’re hiring” images to post to social media, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Responsible for the collection of onboarding documents
- Work with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve overall recruitment practices.
