We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of initiative, enthusiasm, and exceptional attention to detail. As this position requires significant interpersonal and interdepartmental collaboration, the candidate should also be a skilled communicator who can build relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Assist in crafting and posting job advertisements on various career websites, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Actively source candidates through headhunting, and leveraging recruitment tools.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong fit for the company culture and the role.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers during the final candidate selection process.
- Coordinate the new hire orientation process, including onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time to Hire, Source, Time to Fill) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in processes based on recruitment data.
- Contribute to strategies aimed at improving employee retention through effective onboarding and continuous engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives, ensuring our company is seen as an employer of choice.
- Take responsibility for drafting and distributing all internal HR communications, ensuring that company policies, updates, and programs are communicated effectively across the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers across all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
