- Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency
- Understanding of headhunting and talent pooling
- Experience of working with an ATS or HR system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; confident in dealing with the full range of business users, across various channels
- Extremely organised, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Proactively managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from identification of the role, through to on-boarding
- Ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Advertising vacancies using our HR system, job boards and social media platforms
- Proactive sourcing of passive candidates using innovative recruitment techniques
- Providing on-going support to senior stakeholders throughout the process, advising of best practice
- Managing a range of recruitment activities including; CV sifting, telephone interviewing, assessment centres, open evenings, etc
- Utilising our global HR system to ensure that all information is kept up to date for the team and also for the candidates
- Actively promoting and encouraging workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment
