Key Responsibilities and Key performance indicators
- Work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand the hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platforms.
Work close with TPD team to ensure that roles are filled properly and ensure all due diligence is followed closely for audit purposes.Work with external stakeholders to park non-local candidates, manage agencies for hiring purposes and etc
