Description:
LAWAZEM is in search of a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. You will play a critical role in shaping our company’s workforce and ensuring that we hire the best candidates who align with our values and culture.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit effectively.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer branding strategy and promote LAWAZEM as an employer of choice.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
