JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team at Leaders Training Centre. In this role, you will attract, source, and hire top talent globally, ensuring an efficient and seamless recruitment process. You will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proficieny of using platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract global talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
  • Promote the company’s values and culture to enhance employer branding.
