Description:

WHO ARE WE AND WHAT DO WE DO

We are a multinational company, with areas of expertise focused on Information Systems, namely in the development and implementation of business solutions based on Microsoft tools, with special emphasis on integrated management solutions (ERP’s).

HARD SKILLS:

Degree in HR Management or similar;
Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese;
knowledge in Spanish is valued;
1 years of experience on hiring for IT companies valued;
Experience in a consulting environment is valued.

SOFT SKILLS:

Aptitude in communicating and a good interpersonal relationship skillset;
Motivation to achieve individual and team goals;
Sense of responsibility and autonomy;
Entrepreneur and proactive;
Availability to travel (within and outside the country).

Responsibilities:

Recruiting role: Jobshops, 1st interviews, reporting;
Streamlining of Recruitment actions;
Onboarding role: new employees’ welcome session;
Administrative support in Recruitment processes;
Internship Application Management.
What do we consider to be essential, for you to be successful in this role:
No Experience in similar activities is mandatory, but it will be considered a nice to have;
Teamwork and Communication skills.
