Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and spoken German language skills are essential, with proficiency in English required for internal communication
  • At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, particularly focused on German-speaking regions
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders at various levels
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and headhunting
  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessments, with a solid understanding of evaluating technical and cultural fit
  • Ability to work closely with hiring managers and provide recruitment best practices and market insights
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and priorities with a positive
  • Comfortable using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Understanding of cultural nuances and employment laws specific to the German market.

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies
  • Regularly report on recruitment progress, KPIs, and challenges to management, ensuring alignment with hiring targets and timelines.
