Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills are essential, with proficiency in English required for internal communication
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, particularly focused on German-speaking regions
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders at various levels
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and headhunting
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessments, with a solid understanding of evaluating technical and cultural fit
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers and provide recruitment best practices and market insights
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and priorities with a positive
- Comfortable using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Understanding of cultural nuances and employment laws specific to the German market.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for roles across German-speaking markets
- Utilize various strategies to attract and engage top talent
- Conduct proactive searches for both active and passive candidates
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for critical roles in German-speaking regions to support future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews, assessing candidates for cultural fit, technical skills, and career goals
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support and enhance the company’s employer branding initiatives
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies
- Regularly report on recruitment progress, KPIs, and challenges to management, ensuring alignment with hiring targets and timelines.
