Responsibilities:
- driving the entire process, including conducting interviews and assessing candidates, including feedback via assessment tools’
- close cooperation with hiring managers to define the team’s specific needs and create the right recruitment strategy
- Sourcing of potential new candidates
- close cooperation with external partners and searchers
- ensuring the lowest lead time for recruitments and timely reporting on recruitment progres
