We’re looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about their work and shares our vision about making a difference. You will be the driving force behind our efforts to attract, engage, and hire the brightest minds in the industry.

What you will do

  • Act as talent acquisition partner for hiring managers, understanding their needs while coaching them to successfully interview and assess candidates
  • Hire professionals from different levels and different countries with a focus on medical profiles
  • Take ownership of the talent acquisition process from A to Z, working in a dynamic, complex matrix consisting of stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Ensure every candidate has a positive experience, from the first touchpoint until their first day at Materialise
  • Join an ambitious team of recruitment experts as part of the global center of excellence for talent acquisition, where we achieve extraordinary results
  • Contribute and lead global HR projects
  • Coordinate all aspects of campus recruitment initiatives

Your profile

  • An in-depth knowledge of selection methods and familiarity with recruitment channels and tools, preferably in an international environment
  • An affinity for building relationships to gain credibility in the organization and the ability to easily build strong internal and external networks
  • The initiative to enrich our team with your expertise and new ideas
  • A strategic thinker who demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • A flexible, pro-active person who can work in a dynamic environment
  • An individual who wants to be part of an expanding talent acquisition team and support the fast-paced growth of Materialise
