Description:
Are you a “People Person”? Do you enjoy telling your compelling story to anyone who will listen? Do you have experience sourcing and hiring Paramedics and other Healthcare professionals for our more remote reaches of Canada? Our team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is a team-player and loves to make a difference in people’s lives.
Bayshore’s Northern Healthcare program has provided high-quality community healthcare relief services to northern communities since 1997. Our team works closely with diverse Indigenous communities (First Nations, Inuit and Métis), providing care to community members in Canada’s North. In this role, you will hire paramedics and other specialized healthcare providers for remote northern communities of Canada.
Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Northern Healthcare Division of Bayshore, you will be responsible for delivering all sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding needs. This will be achieved through the development and execution of local and community workforce strategizing. The Recruiter (TAS) will play a critical role in ensuring Canada’s Northern and Rural communities have a team available to meet their needs and objectives.
This is a fast paced, high energy role that requires networking and public speaking. This is a remote/hybrid position with opportunity to work from office and home based on business needs. The individual must be flexible to regularly travel within the community to network and meet with applicants.
