This is a fixed-term position for 10 months, starting in December.
Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within Atlas Copco’s Industrial Technique business area, you will join our local HR team and our aim to drive sustainable growth by empowering our people and organization to reach their full potential in an innovative, inclusive, and customer-focused culture.
Together with a team TA colleague, you are responsible for developing our strategies, processes, and routines to further strengthen our employer brand. You’ll join an exciting time as we have several interesting things happening where you’ll contribute to drive with a focus on higher quality, and efficiency, leveraging new tools and data to create a great candidate experience. Today we’re working with tools such as SuccessFactors, SHL, Refapp, Copilot, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
