Description:
Title: Talent Aquisition Specialist
Location: Downtown Brooklyn
Hours: TBD
Salary: $65K to $75K

Requirements:
- Must have a BA degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment, within a staffing agency.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system, social media, and subscription job boards.
- Demonstrated skill in all aspects of recruiting such as networking, sourcing, qualifying, screening, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of city, state and federal employment laws, compensation, organization planning, employee relations, safety, training, benefits, and recruitment.
- Proficiency in writing, excellent communication, and organization skills

Responsibilities:
- Engage in 360-degree recruitment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle including; client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder engagement across diverse verticals.
- Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy for applicant flow reporting, as well as manage all follow-up communications with clients and candidates.
- Partner with additional internal support teams, such as Business Development, Operations, IT, HR, and Finance to ensure seamless operation.
- Continually identify new opportunities for key progress improvement initiatives, that improve recruiting strategy.
- Research and participate in relevant career fairs, local job fairs, and professional events to identify qualified talent.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and KPI’s as set forth by management.
- Create plan of action with oversight from leadership team, from contractual documents after negotiation of pay, time off and selection of shifts.
- Maintain and manage relationships with a professional network, local universities, and specialized colleges to develop a pipeline for candidates and graduates.
- Collaborate with the client HR, Procurement Departments, or specialized hiring managers by serving as the intermediary between vendors, candidates, and clients, impacting the overall success of the staffing operation.
