Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the various business leaders and stakeholders US to understand the business requirements and translate them into a successful talent acquisition strategy across a variety of US based salaried positions.
  • Manage the defined recruitment process for assigned positions in a timely and cost-effective way across multiple locations in the US.
  • Identify, attract, engage and introduce the best and most diverse talents in the marketplace by providing market intelligence and screening while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Holistically utilize all recruitment resources at your disposal to identify top talent in the marketplace including but not limited to: Applicants, direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and local job fairs/community events.
  • Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain data accuracy, and generate relevant reports for analysis.
  • Lead offer negotiation and preparation with candidates.
  • Onboarding – Partner with hiring managers and new hires to provide onboarding guidance to ensure optimal employee experience.
  • Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing – Assist in the development and utilization of PMI’s recruitment marketing and branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Participate in and own TA specific projects on ad hoc basis for the enhancement of US Talent Acquisition success.
