Description:

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team within our Winnipeg Office.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with Hiring Leaders and the Talent team to drive recruitment efforts across North America for Pollard Banknote Limited and Pollard Digital Solutions’ teams. You will support recruitment initiatives by collaborating with Hiring Leaders, reviewing resumes, qualifying candidates, and coordinating the interview process to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for entry to management level positions
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to create compelling job postings and talent profiles, ensuring a deep understanding of hiring needs.
  • Analyze workforce trends, market conditions, and industry benchmarks to inform recruitment initiatives and optimize talent acquisition processes.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment and sourcing strategies while ensuring they’re current & aligned with our requirements as well as industry best practices
  • Actively source qualified passive and active talent to establish our own talent pipeline
  • Manage and maintain all recruitment and sourcing tools
  • Attend Career Fairs and networking events to expand our talent reach and engage with potential candidates.
