We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist - Real Estate Development to join our team. This role is vital in attracting and securing top talent that aligns with our vision of becoming a world-class destination.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and selecting the best candidates for various roles within our real estate development sector. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored strategies that ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate &/or construction sectors.
- Communication – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Business level communication both verbal and written
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiations
- Demonstrable stakeholder management – able to foster strong working relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Proactive in approach - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Accountability & Responsibility – taking ownership of achieving targets, stakeholder relationships, candidate experience
- Time Management – demonstrable experience of efficient work practices, planning and prioritization
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and effective sourcing strategies.
- Acute Attention to detail - can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for real estate development roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and manage relationships with potential and active candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and talent acquisition strategies in real estate development.
