Description:

An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist awaits at our global riverside head office in Milton, Brisbane. (Please note, we are looking for candidates who love an in-office envrionment and culture, and are keen to work in our Milton office five days per week.)

Act as a trusted TA Specialist, fostering strong client relationships and showcasing our long-term value as their recruitment partner.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic Client Engagement: Engage deeply with clients, mapping out a detailed profile for the ideal candidate, ensuring a targeted and meticulous search approach.
  • Tailored Interview Design: Construct purposeful interview frameworks that align with specific roles, with the objective of extracting a candidate’s genuine competencies and potential.
  • Interactive Candidate Evaluation: Lead the end-to-end screening process, culminating in video interviews, presenting only the most qualified candidates to our esteemed clientele.
  • Internal Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure consistent communication, align on strategies, and facilitate seamless execution of projects.
  • Sales Support: Engage in sales conversations, equipped with customised solutions for prospects readily available.
