We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our award-winning team in an end-to-end Recruitment role.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a crucial role in our growth by recruiting top talent for our National Sales teams
  • Utilize Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage the best tools, including Lever ATS, to source and select the right candidates.
  • Assess and Engage Applicants: Brief junior sales applicants nationwide on the opportunity to join our team.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and confirm group and individual interviews, ensuring smooth attendance.
  • Maintain Communication: Regularly update hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Ensure Compliance: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidate compliance.
  • Celebrate Successes: Congratulate successful candidates and manage their onboarding arrangements.
  • Innovate in Recruitment: Develop creative and effective employment advertising and innovative talent sourcing strategies.
