Ideally, you will have a solid understanding of tech and have recruited within or for large enterprise environments. You have the ability to work between project management/business analysis and engineering skill sets. We’d love to see experience recruiting in the exciting field of AI Tech as well!
Whilst this is an end-to-end recruitment role, you will deliver as a true partner to the business providing advice and guidance on all things recruitment and talent acquisition. It’s a role that will see you adding value beyond the recruitment process working side by side with the tech engineering business to support their talent needs.
