LIFE ON THE TEAM

Computacenter Belgium is looking for a temporary replacement of a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The replacement will be for about 6 months, starting end of November 2024.
In this role you will work closely with another Talent Acquisition Specialist BE/NL and other colleagues within the Belgian HR organisation. This temporary position is based in our headquarters in Zaventem and is a fulltime on-site assignment.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction and selection; end to end candidate management; onboarding; supplier management and local employer branding activities. You will work in close collaboration with different internal and external stakeholders.

Your work will include:

  • Full ownership of end to end recruiting cycle, providing great candidate experience and service levels to the business
  • Recruitment from a till z; advise and manage stakeholders on business needs, recruiting methodology, marketing strategies, current trends, and talent approach
  • Future Talent Programme: together with your HR colleagues, the business and marketing – you develop a strategy to meet and recruit future talent. You will attend recruitment events and organise recruitment campaigns using innovative ideas and tools
  • Writing, optimising, and managing job advertisements across various platforms
  • Build trust and strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strive for best practices and continual optimisation of recruiting cycle, processes, reporting and tool utilisation
