About the Role
As a member of Coesia’s Talent Acquisition team, you will take responsibility for recruiting and selecting both junior and senior profiles across various Coesia organizations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to gather and understand recruitment needs, managing related hiring projects.
  • Developing sourcing and selection strategies based on the required profiles and identifying and activating the most suitable sourcing channels.
  • Independently managing the entire recruitment process from the need collection to the identification of the final candidate.
  • Providing market insights and data to support recruitment decision-making processes.
  • Ensuring the internal ATS is consistently updated with current recruitment data, in line with group guidelines and GDPR compliance.
