WHAT YOU WILL GET UP TO DAY TO DAY
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruiting for various roles, from entry-level to leadership, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process.
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Use creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to proactively identify and engage passive talent.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand their unique needs, align on candidate profiles, and deliver exceptional talent.
- Create a Positive Candidate Experience: Ensure each candidate has a seamless, positive, and engaging experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Employer Branding: Working closely with our Brand Team, support enhance our employer brand through social media, job boards, career fairs, and employee referral programs.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Stay on top of market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability while providing regular hiring updates and analytics to leadership.
