Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Manager, UK & Ireland
How will you make an impact?
As part of our dynamic and supportive international team, you’ll play a key role in recruiting top talent across a variety of functions in the UK & Ireland—ranging from manufacturing and operations to science and corporate positions. You will responsible for to sourcing, screening, and presenting highly qualified candidates to hiring managers to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent.

What will you do?

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to lead the recruitment process for open positions
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to each role
  • Proactively source candidates and conduct screening interviews
  • Facilitate debrief meetings and coordinate offer approvals
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future roles
  • Leverage TA technology to promote opportunities and strengthen our employer brand
  • Participate in various talent acquisition projects as needed

How will you get here?
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience
Proven experience in internal recruitment, ideally in an international setting
A background in recruiting across diverse functions and seniority levels
Experience recruiting for Finance, HR, and Legal roles is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong preference for candidates with experience in recruiting within the Science Industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM) (Workday ATS experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
