If so, we’re looking for someone just like you to join our team! Our previous Talent Acquisition Specialist is moving into an exciting new role within the company. Now, we’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to continue delivering full-cycle recruitment support and helping shape our talent acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities:
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a crucial player in recruiting and onboarding talent as our business grows. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Together with the TA Student Assistant, finding and build effective relationships with passive job seekers in hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn and alternative search and recruiting techniques. Many of the roles are within Research & Development
- Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the role requirements and where to find a qualified pool of talents
- Handle the initial screening for selected roles
- Following up on progress and ensuring a good candidate experience
- Sparring with and delegating task to our TA Student Assistant.
- Together with Head of HR defining success metrics and objectives and making sure we navigate based on those
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative approaches into TA efforts
- Contribute to a good onboarding experience for our new employees
You will also contribute to our Employer Branding activities by:
- Creating content for our SOME activities
- Plan and prepare for recruiting event externally and in our brand-new Trackman Innovation Center
