REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a focus on contractor and FTC hiring.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in an end-to-end recruitment role.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), preferably Workday, for managing recruitment workflows.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, agencies, and candidates.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proactive and adaptable approach to work, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for contractors, FTC (Fixed-Term Contract), and permanent positions.
Utilize and maintain the Workday system for efficient candidate tracking, reporting, and data management.
Collaborate closely with external agencies and recruitment agencies to ensure timely sourcing of high-quality candidates.
Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Handle ad hoc recruitment requests and prioritize workload accordingly.
Support HR initiatives and projects, contributing insights and expertise from a recruitment perspective.
Ensure roles are regularly updated and advertised on the careers section, and job boards providing a correct and clear understanding of the job descriptions. Manage the daily shortlisting and screenings of the applications.
Provide correct and timely recruitment reports and maintain strong KPIs around talent attraction.
Work closely with the wider TA team to develop a standard approach to the processes, support, and participate in TA-related team projects.
