Your Position
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in engaging in all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process, including recruitment strategies, sourcing, and stakeholder management. This exciting role, based in our North Sydney office, focuses on managing talent acquisition for one of our key customers, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our success. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the organization attracts, sources, and recruits the best talent internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business and staffing needs, offering proactive solutions and consulting with managers on the hiring process.
  • Lead local and global recruitment projects.
  • Build and enhance knowledge of company competencies and skills mapping.
  • Proactively connect with candidates and build pipelines to meet future business requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business managers regarding recruitment.
  • Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, digital media, and programs for young graduates and interns.
  • Maintain position and candidate databases, providing accurate progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of industry skills and technologies.
  • Organize monthly & weekly recruitment meetings with business managers for updates and status.
  • Regularly present recruitment progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all job vacancies are live and visible on all job portals.

About You

  • Should have experience working on Jobboards (LinkedIn Recruiter/Seek), Headhunting.
  • Experience working on Workday (Preferred)
  • Display Integrity and ownership by taking responsibility for your tasks with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Be a good team player and work autonomously.
  • Communicate effectively and tackle challenges head-on using your strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, build, maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Go-Getter Attitude able to adapt to a dynamic environment with enthusiasm.
  • You are highly organized and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • APAC or Regional Experience, show flexibility to local cultures and a deep understanding of regional markets.
  • Familiar with Recruitment Markets and have insights into the Australia and New Zealand recruitment landscape.
  • Recruitment Experience with Demonstrate and proven experience in blue collar, engineering, software, sales, or support roles is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to the customers site located in Moorebank.
  • Should have basic knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint.
