• Innovative Sourcing: Utilise various recruitment channels and develop creative strategies to attract candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
• Direct Hiring Focus: Increase direct hires through strategic sourcing, promoting internal opportunities, and managing the employee referral program.
