REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Experience in recruiting technical roles such as software development
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support the company’s growth and objectives.
- Consistently maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for various positions through our ATS on a daily basis
- Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule and perform interviews with candidates on a daily basis
- Participate in regular team meetings to determine recruitment strategies and provide updates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboard new hires in collaboration with the HR team.
- Performs additional duties as required
