Responsibilities:

PURPOSE:

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our regional LATAM TA Team! In a two-fold capacity, you will mainly recruit for roles in our regional operation, whilst also being the main local point of contact for senior business leaders in our office in Bogota, CO.
As a TA Sr. Partner, you will be responsible for the delivery, execution, and assessment of Talent that will provide J&J with a recruiting advantage. We are counting on you to be a Talent Advisor as you apply industry and recruiting knowledge to complete the translated enterprise and business strategy. You will bring deep expertise and market knowledge while staying on top of trends, market changes, and talent competitors, while delivering outstanding candidate experience through the engagement and connection of critical and diverse talent pools.
This role will influence outcomes and communicate closely with hiring managers by sharing best practices and using an employee and customer-focused approach to understand their needs. We strive for delivering effective attraction, selection, and development of an impactful, diverse, and balanced talent pipeline to drive business results in alignment with organizational and functional HR strategies.
You will maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and integrity in a sophisticated, high-profile, and constantly evolving environment. Finally, drive organizational dedication and accountability to deliver operational excellence, business focus.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Serve as a strategic Recruiter / Talent Advisor in actively establishing a synergic relationship with the managers by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.
  • Understand the strategic direction of the business, the talent strategy, and workforce planning needs to develop a strategy to address those needs.
  • Act as subject matter expert in the TA function, to support the business as needed in terms of demand. That includes general and market expertise, industry trends, job knowledge, organizational structure, and ongoing business strategy to influence hiring decisions resulting in increased quality of hire.
  • Represent the company as a trusted professional in the market among the TA community by showing technical expertise and remaining largely connected.
  • Promote agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process by adopting new technologies to ensure that the sourcing, recruiting, assessment, offer, onboarding and communication processes run efficiently, contributing to a positive candidate experience and employer equity;
  • Promote & deploy the behaviors to achieve the global DEI Strategy;
  • Use business data, technology, and other operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers and “sell” the company to passive and active talent;
  • Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to create and implement sourcing strategies, build balanced candidate pipelines, and develop meaningful relationships.

  • 4+ years of experience acquired within in-house recruiting environment or agency environment.
  • Fluent /Advanced in English. Portuguese will be a plus.
  • Account management, advising, and interviewing skills accompanied by Customer and marketplace focus and influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service, and organization skills.
  • Proven eye for business skills.
  • Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data to insights.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
