Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition to join our team in Singapore, focusing on recruiting talent for the gaming industry. This role involves building a strong talent pool through various channels, including job boards, industry peers, and personal networks. The Specialist will focus on sourcing candidates for key operational roles such as finance, legal, HR, and other operational essential functions within the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Rapidly establish and maintain a comprehensive talent pipeline for operational roles within the gaming industry using diverse sourcing channels.
Accurately assess hiring managers’ needs to craft and post precise job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
Identify, engage, and screen potential candidates to provide a sufficient number of qualified candidates for selection and interviews within tight timelines.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, conducting HR interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, extending offers, and overseeing onboarding.
(Bonus) Offer constructive insights and recommendations on future hiring needs based on employee performance and ongoing communication with business teams.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent acquisition within the gaming or tech industry.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently meet recruitment needs under tight deadlines, supported by a history of successful placements.
