CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE & EMPLOYER BRANDING:
Champion an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, ensuring brand integrity, clear communication, and a positive impression of the company for all candidates in Japan.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; prior experience in the tech industry or working with high-growth, fast-paced companies preferred.
MARKET KNOWLEDGE:
In-depth knowledge of Japan’s talent landscape, with experience in sourcing and hiring for both technical and high-volume roles in Tokyo and surrounding regions.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
Demonstrated experience in building and leading successful recruitment teams, with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
