Description:
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, the role involves driving operational excellence and process governance around all internal and external hiring.
You will be responsible for supporting and ensuring a smooth and high-quality recruitment process for all assigned vacancies and deliver the optimal filling of open positions with internal or external candidates.
This role is for the Germany market, hence having good German language skills is essential.
WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE:
- 8+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong people management skills
- Agile methodology
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English and German)
- Proficient in German language (C1 preferred)
- Consulting ability and time-management
- Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Experience in stakeholder management and ability to multi-task.
- Basic knowledge of labor law.
