Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tech-specific talent strategies based on market data, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to attract top technical talent;
- Partner with local HR, rewards and hiring managers to define success profiles and create targeted sourcing strategies for roles in software development, engineering, IT, data science, and more to attract diverse candidates that match our cultural and strategic objectives;
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for tech roles, including job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, technical assessments and offer creation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
- Utilize tech-specific platforms and sourcing methods (e.g., GitHub, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow) to identify and engage with high-potential tech candidates;
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in tech recruiting to our TA team, and provide regular updates to HR and business teams on the status of open roles;
- Build and maintain a robust tech talent pipeline by proactively sourcing, networking, and building relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
