Description:

1/ TALENT ACQUISITION

  • Active candidate sourcing: You’ll be on the front lines of talent acquisition, actively sourcing top candidates through job boards, networking, and direct outreach. You’ll also build and nurture a talent pipeline that ensures we’re ready for future growth.
  • Screening & interviewing: Review resumes and applications to identify high-potential candidates, followed by interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
  • Recruitment database management: Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date, tracking progress on job applications and ensuring smooth communication with candidates.
  • Partnering with hiring managers: Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, ensuring we find the best fit for each role.
  • Offer negotiation & onboarding support: Manage the offer process, assist candidates with understanding compensation packages, and support their smooth transition during onboarding.

2/ L&D

  • Designing face-to-face and online training: You will create and develop engaging training modules, workshops, and e-learning programs based on business needs, including crafting professional presentations and training materials.
  • Facilitating trainings: You will organize and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for both white- and blue-collar employees, ensuring smooth planning, communication, and timely execution of all training programs.
  • Optimizing our training portfolio: You will manage and improve our current training programs, ensuring they remain relevant, interactive, and impactful for all employees.
  • Managing training records: You will maintain accurate training records, store them in our Learning Management System (LMS), and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and success of each training program.

Who are we looking for:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as HR, psychology, education, business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills combined with a genuine interest in building business relationships.
  • A preference for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch. Proficiency in French, or a willingness to improve, is a big plus, as you will be expected to conduct interviews and deliver training sessions in French.
  • Flexibility, drive, and the willingness to travel to different sites across the Benelux region.
