COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Dreamfields is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our expanding workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across various departments, focusing on high-demand roles within Production, Security, and marketing. The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume recruiting, a strong understanding of the cannabis industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
  • Experience in the cannabis industry or manufacturing sector is strongly preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of the cannabis industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Certifications:
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • High Volume Recruitment:
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, focusing on high-demand roles including but not limited production technicians, quality control inspectors, packaging associates, security guards and brand ambassadors.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including online job boards, social media, industry networks, and employee referrals.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates to meet the company’s rapid growth needs.
