Description:
A unique opportunity to gain experience in a busy Talent/Recruitment Team.
Our Talent Administrator is a short-term contract (March to July 2025) and could be the perfect opportunity to expand or gain experience of working in a busy recruitment/admin environment. You’ll be providing administrative support to our vibrant Talent Team, as we engage in recruiting for our summer school operation.
WHO WE ARE:
We are a British Council accredited, leading provider in Study Holidays. Each summer from late June to mid August, we welcome over 6,000 young students from around the world to one of our seven centres, across the UK. Our mission is to provide our students with a fun and educational holiday experience, which includes English language classes and engaging activities and excursions.
Between January to July, we recruit around 300 new starters to work with our young students, ranging from teachers to activity leaders and management.
HERE’S SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS TALENT COORDINATOR:
- Be a great communicator as you’ll liaise with Hiring Managers, candidates, and 3rd party contacts
- Lots of flexibility (some Saturday working in June is required as overtime)
- Outstanding organisation skills to help manage varied workload with multiple, pressing deadlines
- Confidence, with a tenacious attitude as you will be chasing documents that are required to complete the hiring process
- Very keen eye for detail as you will be checking various UK and overseas documents to ensure the safe recruitment of our teaching and support staff, in line with regulatory processes
- Experience of a very dynamic, and fast paced administration role is desirable
