Description:
Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Partner to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Partner will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent across the organisation. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s goals and culture. Partner with hiring managers to understand the needs of their particular homes and deliver a seamless recruitment process.
- Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract high-quality candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing feedback, and delivering a personalised recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the programmes team to promote the company’s brand and values in the job market. Participate in career fairs, college recruitment initiatives and other events to enhance the organisation’s visibility.
- Data and Analytics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process. Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment trends, time-to-hire, and quality of hire.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labour laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions.

Qualifications, skills and experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
