We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent and People Specialist to join our dynamic team on a part time, 12 months fixed term basis.
If you love working with people, have experience in a high volume administration environment and are looking for a part time role with flexibility. This could be the role for you!
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of HR best practice would be highly desirable.
- 2+ years in an administration role in a high volume working environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- High degree of computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
- High level of common sense with a pro-active, positive and fun approach.
- Great organisational, administration and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Talent: Responsible for the end to end recruitment process including pre-screening, interviewing and offers.
- On-boarding: Coordinating all HR and business aspects of on boarding for new joiners, including HR Inductions.
- HR administration support: Completing HR paperwork & managing digital files in our HR system, as well as responsibility for well being initiatives.
- Office Support: General office admin, ordering supplies, event co-ordination and management, and ensuring common areas are tidy.
