ABOUT YOU

We are seeking an individual with HR background or previous experience specifically within internal recruitment (approx. 3-5 years’ experience).
You are keen to join a stable employer where the recruitment activity is busy, dynamic and presents a positive career challenge.
You have a good grasp of each phase of the recruitment process, from job requisition through to candidate placement.
You will also offer excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and nurture positive stakeholder relationships across the College.

Responsibilities:

The Talent and Recruitment Officer is a full-time, permanent position, providing administrative and operational support in the end-to-end recruitment activity of PLC.
You will be supporting our Talent and Recruitment Lead - a positive, supportive, and proactive individual who has 10 years in school recruitment and is looking forward to sharing the talent and recruitment space with someone new!
We work smart, but we also have fun – this is a big part of who we are and what makes us such a cohesive and happy team.
Whilst the role is to be worked onsite, we are open to discussing some flexibility!
