Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As an Aviation Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent for various positions within the aviation industry. Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will leverage your expertise in talent sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates. Your primary focus will be on attracting skilled professionals across a spectrum of roles including operations management, aircraft maintenance technicians, program managers, engineers, operations support specialists, and more.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify and engage passive and active candidates within the aviation industry.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools and reduce time-to-fill for critical positions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in talent acquisition and aviation industry recruitment.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for reaching out to talent primarily in the aviation maintenance industry.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified aviation industry professionals.
