To date, the company has been involved in 30 projects, which has allowed Mercan Properties to position itself as one of the most relevant companies in the Hospitality Property Development industry in Portugal.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector (preferred).
• Intermediate knowledge of English.

• Manage recruitment and selection processes in the Hospitality sector and provide support in the Corporate area when necessary.
• Identify and define ideal professional profiles for various positions within the Group, aligning with specific needs.
• Post job advertisements on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Review and select resumes and conduct initial and technical interviews.
• Monitor and analyze labor market trends to adjust recruitment and selection strategies, ensuring the attraction of top talent.
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the selection process.
