Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join the Talent Attraction team in our busy HR department in Exeter on a permanent basis. You’ll be a key member of the team in providing an exceptional service to hiring managers and external candidates, ensuring the effective delivery of a broad range of Talent Attraction administration.
The Talent Attraction team provides an essential function to recruiting and retaining the best people. As a member of the team, you’ll assist with all administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including arranging interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers for availability and checking and uploading interview guides.
A huge part of your remit will be to ensure that our recruitment systems are kept up to date, including uploading CV’s for ‘offline’ candidates, moving candidates through necessary stages of the recruitment process, sending rejection / offer messages, assisting in initial sifting of junior roles and uploading new job roles. Acting as the first line of response for the team, you’ll be responsible for managing the Talent Attraction inbox, responding to broad range of enquires and passing on the necessary information to the relevant member of the team.
Alongside this, you’ll have the opportunity to support on various early careers initiatives and programmes, including providing assistance in the organisation and delivery of trainee solicitor, apprenticeship and work experience events and programmes, which will broaden your knowledge and experience, whilst providing key support to the team.
As a Talent Attraction Administrator, you’ll be joining a friendly HR department and have the chance to collaborate with other sub-teams in the department as and when required; meaning lots of scope to further your understanding of all facets of the HR function and collaboration, with plenty of opportunities to progress in your role.
