Responsibilities:
As a talent attraction manager, you will execute talent attraction strategies that align with our long-term business objectives and meet the needs of local practices and business units. You will support Oracle and Microsoft practices, as well as corporate functions, by identifying effective strategies to attract top talent, exploring new recruitment sources, and implementing our outsourcing strategy across multiple regions. Additionally, you will oversee the entire talent attraction lifecycle, ensure team performance, and collaborate closely with leaders to achieve organizational recruitment goals.
This role is open to candidates across Canada. Candidates based in the Montreal area will adhere to a hybrid work model, while those in other regions may work remotely.
