We are looking for a talented Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for participating in full-cycle recruitment for the GTA’s Business Enablement services practice with a focus on Client & Partner Administration, Finance Administration, Legal Administration and Marketing. By leveraging your network, developing knowledge of the industry and our clients’ hiring needs, you are someone who will effectively match candidates with opportunities to enhance their professional and personal success.
What you will do:
- Participate in full-cycle recruitment and selection of suitable candidates
- Develop prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing assessment / screening
- Conduct interviews, participating in debriefs and presenting / negotiating employment offers
- Delight your stakeholders by being a trusted advisor through your understanding of their business, the market and the candidates you present
- Support with ad-hoc talent attraction projects / administrative work
What you bring to this role:
- 2-4 years of full cycle recruitment experience ideally focused on high-volume administrative positions
- Strong ability for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability and experience in prioritizing work based on requirements of multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience providing outstanding recruitment delivery and amazing candidate experience
- Influential with both stakeholders, candidates and colleagues
- Collaboration, communication and listening skills
- The ability to excel working with a high degree of autonomy
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
