Responsibilities:

The Talent Attraction team focuses on finding the right people to join us on our journey on helping make people in small businesses successful. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Attraction, you will have the opportunity to apply your Talent recruitment experience and help find individuals passionate about seeing entrepreneurs succeed, apply performance and competency-based interview methodologies and have a direct impact on the overall success of the company.
In this role, you’ll be focused on engaging, interviewing, and hiring talented new Jobberinos primarily for the Revenue side of our business in our Sales and Customer Success department. In this high-volume environment, you will closely collaborate with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their teams and recruitment needs while focusing on delivering an exceptional candidate experience that fosters engagement and tells a compelling story.

The Talent Attraction Specialist - High Volume will:

  • Champion the recruiting process and collaborate closely with hiring managers to consistently understand and level up their skills. You will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process that includes ownership of inbound funnels, interviewing, scheduling, candidate communication, pipeline building and management, and the offer process.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and talent communities by leveraging networking opportunities (Jobber-sponsored events, industry events, meetups, etc.), creating strong recruitment campaigns, and establishing communication strategies that heighten candidate engagement in the short and long term.
  • Utilize data to improve recruiting efficiency, drive innovation and influence hiring decisions. You’ll play a critical role in establishing metrics that both influence and inform hiring managers.
  • Understand our diversity and inclusion approach and make recommendations to strengthen this focus within the overall recruitment process.
  • Become an ambassador of our culture by being humble, supportive - and someone who truly gives a sh*t! You will represent Jobber with the highest degree of professionalism.
  • Act as an advocate and coach on recruitment best practices and standards for all things technical recruitment. You bring experience and can influence stakeholders towards outcomes supported by our objectives.
  • Be a brand ambassador, promoting Jobber as a destination employer.
