As part of our team, you’ll be more than just a recruiter. You’ll be an integral member of a supportive community, working closely with business leaders and hiring managers to provide top-tier, end-to-end recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Foster robust, mutual relationships with hiring managers, becoming their go-to resource throughout the recruitment journey.
- Talent Evaluation: Employ creative tools and strategies to discover and select professionals who align with our organizational culture.
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Oversee every phase of recruitment, from sourcing to successful offer negotiation and closing.
- Advocate for Diversity: Develop recruitment strategies that promote a diverse workforce and reflect our commitment to inclusivity.
- Communication Champion: Maintain open, prompt communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders for a seamless recruitment experience.
- Team Player: Contribute to team projects and initiatives to boost recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree.
- Proven recruitment experience in either the Sales or Technology space.
- Experience in the financial services and/or software industries is a bonus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Software (like SuccessFactors)
- Strong communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and exceptional time management skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
