JOB FUNCTION

Reporting to the Group HR Director, this exciting new role is responsible for talent attraction across the Group. We are continuously looking to strengthen the organisation during our next phase of rapid growth and a key part of doing this effectively is through attracting and adding the best available talent to our workforce.
We are seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles across the Group (Globally). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Strong analytics and market knowledge understanding, trends, benchmarking analysis, attraction methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the organisations strategy, culture and excite new talent to join the TXO journey.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management or similar field.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Professional credential, such as HR Certification Institute.

Responsibilities:

The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility. Additional responsibilities or functions may be required as necessary to support the business.

  • Follow all companies Policies and Procedures including but not limited to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Information Security.
  • The role is also expected to perform any reasonable requests which are not defined but in the ability of the individual.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria as agreed with budget; where outside of budget ensure approvals have been given prior to proceeding.
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
  • Deliver results within specified timeframes, ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references, presenting a professionally summarised and selected shortlist to the hiring managers.
  • Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to office locations to understand team dynamic and culture.
  • Identify market trends, benchmarking of salaries and role packages a required.
  • Maintain smooth hiring experience of all new hires right through to their first day in the business, with check-ins scheduled during first 6 months.
