Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Branding Manager supports Genuine Parts Company’s global business units by driving top of the funnel recruitment initiatives to refine GPC’s reputation as a place to work, and their employee value proposition. This position reports to the Director, Strategic Talent Acquisition and will focus on promoting the value of working for GPC and its many brands to help us attract great candidates who fit our culture and support our strategic objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, or related field
- Strong knowledge of social media, web-based recruitment strategies and talent acquisition trends.
- Creative eye for developing digital graphics using tools such as Canva.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics/analytics.
- Direct experience with recruiting and/or digital marketing.
- Experience with vendor management and project management for creative and technical projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Workday ATS and pay to post job advertisements on job boards.
- Experience working with job board vendors such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Provide governance for the global career site, including, but not limited to, updating the Talent Community page, managing content changes, vendor relations, obtaining consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals for hiring needs, and partnering with teams for jobsite enhancements.
- Assist Strategic Talent Acquisition Director with creating a roadmap for Strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives globally by leveraging existing recruitment tools that are adaptable with the changing workforce.
- Collaborate with Communications and Recruiting Operations teams to enhance our Employer Branding through social media, job boards, and email campaigns.
- Manage employer job board presence and company updates on Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job board sites.
- Write and test calls-to-action (CTAs) for recruitment campaigns to drive conversions (i.e., joining talent network, applying for a job, etc.).
- Optimize the CRM to engage talent communities and generate more applicants for our jobs.
- Administer access for global users to tools such as CRM and other recruiting tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate recruiting events to support Recruiting Operations by enabling technology capabilities, facilitating marketing material creation, and supporting promotion and placement of event ads.
- Maintain and adjust programmatic advertising budget according to business needs, working with our vendor to determine effectiveness of dollars spent and tracking source data to measure quality of applicants.
- Research new recruitment marketing tools and strategies for GPC to implement to attract top talent.
- Lead intern recruiting process by working with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure intern requisitions are submitted, posted, and filled within our recruiting timeframe.
