The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a real estate professional to join our dynamic organisation as we spearhead the expansion of our sales teams. Working solely on our sales department portfolio you will be committed to developing and nurturing your talent pipeline to deliver on the sales expansion strategy.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with prior real estate experience who wants to leverage their relationship-building skills and be a part of the personal and professional growth of our sales new-starters. A Day In The Life
Build and nurture a pipeline of sales consultant talent and identify strategic sourcing channels.
Contribute to the implementation of the Sales department talent management strategy.
Support the onboarding process and first 90 days of the employee’s lifecycle.
Manage job requisitions and talent management software.
Work directly with the Head of Sales Expansion who will coach and develop you.
Writing & posting job advertisements for maximum optimisation
Conducting screenings and interviews to assess capability and fit, presenting the employee value proposition to candidates via Teams and in person.
Organising & participating in group & individual recruitment activities
The Successful Candidate
Previous experience in Real Estate, prior real estate sales experience will be highly regarded.
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition will be highly regarded.
Exceptional communication skills.
Strong computer literacy skills and experience using HubSpot or talent management CRM’s.
Proactive and Results driven.
