Responsibilities:

PURPOSE

Works in line with Customer Care team to support achievement of sales growth to plan. Focus on customer support, order trouble shooting, problem solving, complaint handling and assist the sales force wherever needed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE:

  • Order management. Processing orders according to specific customer requirements, generating invoices and credit memos, standard deliveries , free of charge deliveries, returns etc.
  • Monitor the complete delivery processes (e.g. Distribution Center and/or carrier).
  • Arrange special deliveries on request.
  • File ordering documents and related records.
  • Reply to ad hock questions from customers and Sales division managers related to orders, payments etc.
  • Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.
